Too windy and chilly to run outside! Started this run in my new NB 1400 but changed after a couple miles to the Saucony's because my right foot was starting to get a sore spot right in front of the heel. Do NOT need another bout of PF caused by shoes, so changed into my Saucony's and foot felt much better. Left leg/back of knee felt a little achey mid-way thru the run, but felt better afterwards. Original plan was 7 miles, but it got late and I was tired so this was enuf.
