COMMENTS: This was yesterday's run, done today. Warm and muggy. Garmin couldn't get a good satellite lock so always said I was doing slow paces, or really really fast. Frustrating. Felt slow and tired, but I see the average pace was actual marathon pace. So another "long run" done too fast.
