Ran 2 miles @ 8:50 for warm up, then
3 x .5 mile @ 8 m/m with .25 mile @ 8:50 recovery, then
3 x .5 mile @ 7:42 m/m with .25 mile @ 8:50 recovery, then
2 miles @ 8:34 pace (amazing how easy this felt after those repeats!), then
.5 mile @ 8:50 pace for 9 miles total
That last half mile was hard, but I did it! Could've done more distance, but ran out of time.
