Temp is average.... was -4F at start, +7F at the end. This run was hard the second half. Uneven footing on bikepath, but mostly ok. Eyes iced up a lot. Had a Gu and water at mile 8.65, probably should've taken another later but not sure it would've helped. Could sure feel yesterday's 9 miles of hills at about mile 15...!
