Did the RCN long run today, but started about 18 minutes late so didn't run with anyone. Passed three guys though. Was planning on 18 today, but this was plenty. Garmin lost some in the beginning, then made up and then got ahead of itself near the end. Need to take about a quarter mile off the total, so 16.2.
Legs kind of tired, glutes fatigued. Not a great run, but paces were about right. One more long run next week and then done.
