Was really trying to get done in less than an hour. Oh well, it was close!

3 x .1 mile @ 7:30 with .2 mile recoveries @ 8:34 (not exact, but close on distance)
then finished with the last mile @ 8:42
Stopped a few times for water and to change podcasts. Got totally soaked by the end. Felt good to get this done.
