Notes
COMMENTS: Sure was hoping to break under 22 minutes. Drat. Things I did wrong:
1) Rode bike to work and home yesterday. Trip home really wore me out
2) Ate too much last night
3) Got to bed too late last night so was late/rushed/tired this morning.
4) Thought I was up enough but stuck in a traffic jam at the start.
(Isaac blasted past me half mile in and finished in under 21!)
