That last mile wasn't faster but it also wasn't as downhill so I'm sticking with the progressive pace run. The knee is sore so definitely bruised in the fall, but my hand did ok so yay for that. Visit to Dr. Wade said no surgery needed but we'll wait a week to cast it.
