Crazy warm today, and out by Smith Lake there were some pockets that almost felt hot! Just strange weather we're having, but it's going to cool off here soon. Right ankle/inner shin feeling a little tweaky. Think I might take Friday off. Good run today though, kept the effort pretty easy but had to remind myself to back off a couple times.
