Really nice day, got out mid-day at the perfect time. Got a little warm, but not bad. Legs better, but I did need to keep it easy. That faster mile in #4 got the left knee a little cranky, so slowed the pace and shortened stride and it was better. A little concerned about the mile race tomorrow though, might be limping by the end of that!
