COMMENTS: 1.75 mile warrm up, then 400 m intervals with 1 to 1.5 minute jogging breaks (7.1 mph) to mile 5.6, then easy next 1.5 miles, then 7.6 mph all the way to mile 8. Felt good, felt fast... yeah !
