A much better run than last week's long run with fewer stops to rest albeit more stops at traffic lights and to mess with balaclava. Nice temps but a bit of a breeze that chilled when running into it. Face mask got frozen a couple times, and hard to adjust. Whatever, it was good to have the bike paths plowed although not the cleanest job (not complaining!). Started to get a pain in top of my right foot, by the ankle, in mile 12 and the last few miles were bothered by it. After the run and the ride home, noticeably sore so took 2 ibu. Drat. Hope it's not much. Happy new year!
