Notes
Got out late, and it was a little colder than yesterday but still nice out. Legs felt much better today, maybe because I didn't push the pace those first two miles? Not sure, but a much better run tonight. Still need to figure out how to get in a Wed/Thurs 8-10 miler most weeks.
