Kind of slick out there with the new snow over ice (just a dusting), and the Johansen path was not plowed well. Legs and glutes tired from yesterday's hardpack snow removal so stopped several times to rest and stretch. Came up on the Bobcat plow on my way back and had to stop on top of the RR overpass to wait till he moved and could see me to let me pass. Wish he'd been out there earlier! Would've made some of this run much easier. Sad to think an 11 mile run is a "long run" but that's where I am now. Realized it takes awhile to put together a 10+ mile run in the winter, much different from the summer! Got it done though, so glad for that.
