A good steady run and felt pretty good. Peter met me with Nuun at 7 miles, and I had Gu at his office at 10.7 miles, then home with nothing else. Headwind all the way back from mile 11 on, bleh. Stopped a couple of times on McGrath but really not bad. Glad this run went well.
