Not a bad run at all considering yesterday's miles. Even managed sub 8:50 on the big hill! Last two miles up McGrath were hard... those paces don't include the couple of stops I made to catch my breath a bit.
Took 1 S-cap before I left with water, and had Peter bring me water (7.7 miles, he was a bit late) and that worked pretty well, but could've used it earlier. Need to work on hydrating on my runs, I think.
