Good solid run, almost thought of doing a few more miles and calling it the long run for the week, but nah didn't feel like it. Overheated a bit though with gloves (came off at 2.5 miles) and long sleeved shirt (sleeves pushed up by mile 3) and shorts. Just a couple of stops, but mostly in mile 3 (ugh, that hill!) and most of the rest a pretty steady run.
