Notes
This was probably one of the hardest runs I've ever done. The footing was awful, icy and loose snow. Slipping with each stride, I'm so sore! After 10.5 on that crap, I headed back to campus and went out Sheep Creek Rd to Ann's Greenhouse, and back. Dry pavement and not too many cars. Perfect, but I was wiped out by the first half of the run. I'm so glad this is done.
