Notes
Went to College Rd, then down to the end of Harriet Drive to get to 5.6, then back and did a circle around Willow Grouse and back up McGrath for an additional mile. Did pretty good on keeping the pace easy, although a couple miles were too fast/hard effort. Had to walk and stop a few times on the way back up McGrath. Will be really nice if I can get to where I don't have to do that anymore (or as much).
Kaydee was discharged from FMH today, and Peter drove her down to Anchorage in their Subaru. He'll fly back tomorrow morning so it's just Emma and me here tonight. Will be so good to have them all reunited at Providence. Little tiny Riley is doing well, and I'm so proud of Isaac and how he's stepped up to this role of primary caretaker of his little guy.
