Totally cheating to do this run on this course. With the uphill till the turnaround, and the downhill finish, the hardest mile is really #3, and the easiest is #2. Had to push it a bit to get the reduced pace on #5, but that's ok. Had some tummy/gut issues on this run that (of course) disappeared by the time I got back to the building. Got good and sweaty on this run, first time all on the trail this year!
