COMMENTS: Distance is a guess... Garmin said 8:47, but lost signal most of first mile on the trail. Temp was 30+ at the start, but dropped to 20 or so by Ballaine Lake. Went up around Phys Plant, down by WVHS to overpass. Knees felt tired and sore, but ok later. Longest run/week since Marathon!
