Brrr! Chilliest run so far this winter, for sure! Kept the pace easy, and those 3rd and 4th miles are on the easy downhill'ish part of the run back from Ballaine and to Peter's office. Looped around West Valley to get over 5 miles. Legs felt really good, sidewalks plowed so footing good. Didn't really need the trail shoes but they're what I had.
Snow is coming this weekend. I think this will be a low mileage week, but that's ok.
