LOTS of stops on this run! The snow we got last night over the slick hardpack and ice just made this a really hard run. Almost quit about fourteen times! Right shin still annoying me and left hip flexor barks every now and then. Grrr. Not sure if a treadmill run would've been better today, but glad I got this done.
