Absolutely beautiful perfect day out there, and the path was in fantastic shape. Ran 2 laps of the Sheep Creek path with the first one including about a quarter mile or so up Miller Hill, then another 3 mile loop to finish. I feel good except for this damn leg, which I think is hamstring tendinitis. One of the causes can be over striding and I'm sure I did that on the way down Ester Dome without warming up first, and then the slipping made it worse. *sigh* oh well.
