Warm out there! Nice to run on Wilcox, Birch and the bike path along Parks to Univ. West (turned around at Chena Small Tracts) with the shade from the trees. Legs tired from all the yard work yesterday (and my arms/shoulders) but kept a pretty good pace with just a couple stops and walks.
