Wore the Spikies over new shoes and it worked great. Nice run, really. Started at Peter's office, went down the (unplowed) Geist bike path, then down Loftus to run the roads South of Geist. Worked out really well. At mile 6, I crossed up to Thompson Dr and went out Sheep Creek to Miller Hill, then back to SRC.
