Notes
Took Kaydee's car to Brown Jug and ran along Johansen and Danby bike paths. Was going to get it washed afterwards but ran out of time. Oops. Good run though, legs felt pretty good. Fingers warmed up after 2.5 miles, face got cold but other than that all ok. Nice to get out in the sunshine on relatively flat terrain!
