Notes
Looked a little "iffy" when I went out today but conditions were just about perfect. Rain is coming though. Kept this run steady and slow and did pretty well. Stopped at intersections and briefly at the turnaround at the end of the bike path to pet a pretty kitty. :) Then did a little out-and-back on Geist toward the Nat'l Parks Office cuz I missed the light, then back up most of the way back up the hill. Very happy with this run, and hope I didn't jinx myself for the mile race tomorrow.
