Hardly any stops! After the second stop up Falcon/Eagle Ridge I decided to knock that crap off and just took walk breaks when needed. After all, I'll do that during the races, right? Nice day with some rain but not bad. Legs got covered with mud spatters and road grit, but nothing hard. Felt better at the end of this run than the 14 miler two weeks ago, so that's improvement. Peter met me at Wolverine Trail/Auburn (9.8 miles) with Nuun and that helped. Went down Auburn then the bike path to his office along FLR.
From home to the trailhead it took 46:10 to go 4.6 miles.
