Average HR a little high, but tried to take it easy and took some walk breaks. Only 4 minutes of stop time, and that includes 4 stops at intersections (missed every light) so pretty happy with that. Need to work on walk breaks instead of stops. Beautiful sunshine that was warm on my back (tailwind, too), but that breeze on the way back from Miller Hill was cold.
