Went down Crestline and up Cranberry Ridge a bit, turning around at 3.88 miles. Then down to McGrath to take the bike path to Crystal, up Willow Grouse and back on Snowy Owl. Very good run, hard workout and I hope if I can do this weekly my legs will adapt and recovery better soon!!
Total "stop" time was 17:09 and average pace 8:58, just for comparison's sake later.
