Ignore those high HR readings in the last couple miles! Totally wrong. I was going easy and not breathing hard. Took my HR manually as soon as I finished and it was under 130 (32 x 15 sec = 128 bpm). Not sure what value these wrist-based HRMs even are. Oh well. Ran while car was getting it's new, new windshield. Started with sunshine but it clouded over pretty quickly. Good to get out before it started raining before noon. Legs felt fine, so much better than a week ago!
