Kind of messed up the Garmin laps, etc with this... but basically it was a one mile "warm up" (running over from soccer fields), then several (6?) 200 m runs with 200 m jogs in between. I did walk some of the recoveries, and turned off the Garmin during the walks. Most of the 200 m intervals were between 43 and 49 seconds, for about a 6:15 to 6:30 minute mile (I think...). Can do it in 200 m chunks... not sure about that mile race coming up!
