Fuck - I have no idea how to make sense out of my intervals. Basically I ran a warmup (interval 1 - little over 1 mile), then a tempo interval (interval 2 - probably 2 miles or so), than a cool down interval (interval 3). So why the fuck do I have 6 intervals above? That's fucking useless to me!
So I was trying to get Avg HR for Interval 2. So I'll basically go w/ average of 171. So adding 3 and subtracting three give me my Lactate Threshold Heart Rate Training Zone - 168-174. SO:
Zone 5 - >175 HR
Zone 4 - 168-174 HR
Zone 3 - 158-164 HR
Zone 2 - 148-154 HR
Zone 1 - <153 HR
