Notes
After yesterday my knees were very sore. It almost seems a little random at times because they get more sore or less sore on similar workouts. Yesterday was the worst they've felt in a while. I iced them twice and did a lot of stretching. This helped and this morning they felt decent, but stairs were still a pain. Tomorrow I am going to see how my knees feel. At the most I'll probably run 60 minutes but if they are pretty sore I don't want to go any further and I'll bike. I want to get rid of this knee pain and go back to doing the full workouts so I don't have to worry about knee pain everytime I run.
