Notes

Knees felt sore when going on stairs so me and my dad decided that it might be best to take today off and then visit the trainer on Monday. I don't want to worry about my knees hurting every time I run. I think now would be a good time to get it knocked out before the season starts. The workout was hard, especially since I havent biked in a little bit. Rode around 90 rpms.
