Notes

The last 2 days I have gone to the trainer and done leg excercises along with biking. Today I got on a bike looking to get a hard workout in. I did 15 minutes easy 30 minutes tempo and 15 minutes easy. I don't think the bike I was on had an accurate pedometer. At the end it said 36 miles and there's no way I was going 36 miles per hour so I'm not completely sure on distance. It was a hard workout though. I was pretty sweaty by the end. Tomorrow the plan is to run because it's an easy run and to test out my knees. Saturday is still up in the air but because it is such a long run I may have to talk to the trainer. Next week hopefully I'll be running the full workouts. Going to continue to see trainer and strengthn up my legs.
