Went to the YMCA and rode on a spinner bike. I tried to maintain an 85-95 Rpm range. It was overall a hard workout and my butt is killing me from the seat. I am pretty sure I have a case of runners knee on both legs. I mentioned it when I went to Naperville Running Company recently and they suggested 1-2 weeks of no running and to also increase protein and get as much sleep as I can. 1 week from tomorrow I am going to see how my knees feel and try an easy run. The sore knees originally started December 13 and got worse from there. Tomorrow I am planning on going for a swim. Not sure if this distance is accurate. I got it off of the spinner bikes pedometer.
