Started out on a spinner bike. At about 20 Minutes a worker from the Ymca told me I had to be 16 to be riding the spinner bikes for some reason so I had to move to a different kind of exercise bike where you sit in more of an upright position. So I finished the workout on that bike. Afterwords I used the leg extension, leg curl and hip abductor machines. When I was on both bikes I rode around 90 Rpms.
