2 miles on my marked road. Distance estimated last week when I marked the distance with tape. This was week 8, day 3 of C25K with a little more time thrown in. All running. I thought the time would be better. The road has only slow rolling hills, nothing steep. Some grass, the rest small gravel. Wish it would have been faster. I am now going to experiment with alternating my normal slow jog pace with a pushing pace for small distances.
