A push up the hill - 21+min. Then I ran a mile S., and a mile N back to trail head. All running except a fast walk on part of the going North part. Not always fast. That took about 30 min. Then down the trail to home in a record time of 16min, 40 sec. More of a workout than I was going to do, because I am still a little tired from the run in the heat last Thurs., but it worked out well. Knees sore on the down the hill path, but they got over that fast.
