A really nice jog/run at Honneyman Park - my first run or walk there in about 30 years. Ben was doing the sand dunes. We had the whole park to ourselves. The path I was on has signs relating to nature, and is well kept. I jogged the whole time, but do not know how far I went. I started at the dunes, and ran around the lake to the swimming area where my Dad helped teach me to swim, and back.
