Up on the Forest Service Road. Ran S for what I had wanted to be 1 mile to my blue ribbon marker, but it took 17 min,. and I thought it would be more like 15. However, I felt tired, having pushed up the hill trail just before for 21 min. Ran the whole way, then turned around and ran N back to trail head in 16 min. two miles real running, but not fast. Raced myself down in 16 min, which was good, because Al had cleared the sides of the lower part of the trail, and left the brush in the trail, so I had to go slower in that part
Legs very tired in PM as are ankles and feet.
