The second part of my run today. Around the original Miller Park three times is one mile. Only pushed a little. I was a little tired. I had used all my water on the previous hill run, and would have liked some for this part. I want to get a system so I can carry a small amount with me. I was very glad to be back at it again, but wished I had more speed. I'm having speed capability doubts lately, having been slow at my last two races. Hardware not withstanding.
