Well, that wasn't good. Set out to do 10, maybe a little fast, looking for 8:40's or so. I felt fine for the first 5 miles. Then my ham/adductor tightened a bit. At 5.9, I'd call it "sore", and I slowed way down. I did a few more cul-de-sacs and decided to head straight home. At 7 it was time to walk it in the last quarter mile.
