5@8:45(142), 2@8:15(148), 5.35@7:57(159) - felt pretty darn good. Ran into a guy on the creek named Dave Kraus (sp?), a 50 year old who when younger ran 1:56 half mile. He tore his quad and couldn't run competitively after that.
