2 mi decathlon. 1/4 mi splits(AHR): 1:36(148), 1:44(170), 1:45(174), 1:41(177), 1:42(179), 1:44(181), 1:43(182), 1:33(196). Went out 2nd in the heat, ended up 5th. Had some kick in the last 100m. Splits were pretty even, so I think race was about as good as I could do.
