Mini progression, by feel. Light wind (13 mph at finish). Nice not to have HRM telling me how to run. Pace was probably more even, while I slowed on uphill and sped up on downhill, it wasn't as dramatic as while trying to hold a HR, I think. Splits after warmup were 139/8:43, 138/8:36, 146/8:27, 149/8:04.
