2@8:20(152), 5@7:24(163), 4.17@8:49(153). Set out for 6 tempo miles, but was satisfied with 5. I almost stopped at 4, actually slowed down a bit, but after a severe reprimand got back on pace for the 5th mile. That wasn't going to happen with the 6th, though. Legs were quite heavy for the 4 cooldown miles, so I guess I got a pretty good workout.
