Modified Miller's Mill Run (cut through library/comm ctr to avoid traffic) for about a 7 mile warmup to "Rockin Maple Ridge Repeats" approx 200m incline repeats with ~300meter easy flat and down in between. First one not timed, rest in ~46-49 seconds. Felt good to push it.
